Investor Relations
Welcome to the Investor Relations section of the IGPC website. Our goal with this section is to provide our shareholders with all of the current and necessary information at their fingertips. This section will be everchanging and evolving over the next several months and eventually we would like to see communication with our members become as "green" and paperless as possible.
Investor relation and shareholder queries can be directed to Kari Comley who is our new Investor Relations Manager. Kari can be reached at either kcomley@igpc.ca or at 289-237-5782.
Shareholder Restructuring Process
Dear IGPC Shareholder,
In early March prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), we sent you a package which explained some proposed changes with our share structure within IGPC with the objective of moving towards having only a single class of preference shares in the near future. This process, however, is complex and involved and is taking somewhat longer to put into place than was first anticipated. We realize that we had suggested in the package that you should deliver your shares to head office within ninety days of the AGM in order to have them converted, however, we are still awaiting some important documentation to be completed and are not at that point just yet. We apologize for the delay, but as you can appreciate we want to make absolutely certain that every detail has been addressed before we move ahead.
As many of you are probably already aware, Kari Comley has been involved with IGPC for the past few years looking after our database and shareholders. Kari has recently accepted the new role as our Investor Relations Manager. This position was created to help manage the new share structure within IGPC as well as to provide our shareholders with a dedicated contact to aid them in this process as well as any other shareholder matters; Kari is available by either email kcomley@igpc.ca or by phone (289)237-5782. Kari is also currently working on our website (www.igpc.ca) to include much more information for our shareholders under the "Investor Relations" section. It is our goal is to provide you with access to all of the current information you need right at your fingertips.
Our business continues to operate well. The plant is approaching the end of the third quarter of our second year of operation, and continues to become more efficient as time goes on as our production team becomes more and more skilled at what they do. Sales volumes are healthy and our customers are very satisfied with our product. To date, fiscal 2010 has been a good year for the company.
We anticipate having a complete package to you in the next few weeks outlining the details around the share restructuring as well as the new options for share trading. We appreciate your patience as we move forward with this process and trust you'll find the steps we've taken to be of mutual benefit to all of our members.
Regards,
Tom Cox
